ASQ Recertification

ASQ certification is a formal recognition by ASQ that an individual has demonstrated a proficiency within, and comprehension of, a specific body of knowledge.

Nearly 150,000 certifications have been issued to dedicated professionals worldwide. It is a mark of career excellence that affirms your commitment to quality and demonstrates your expertise and knowledge of state of the practice. Most important, it is acceptance and recognition from your peers.
Twelve of the certifications require recertification every three years. At the time of original certification and each recertification, a Recertification Journal is provided by ASQ. If you need a copy, you can obtain it online at  ASQ Recertification or call ASQ at 800-248-1946 and request a copy.

Do not submit individual documentation as you complete each activity. Instead, compile your documentation of RU credit activities, enter the activities in the log, complete the “ASQ Recertification Journal Application”, and submit it with the documentation required to the ASQ Buffalo Section Recertification Coordinator.
